Farmhouse, C17 origins, altered and extended in early C19, rubble
stone with stone slate roofs. Two one-room, two-storey sections,
each with brick. South stack. Original range, to south has 4-
pane sash each floor, lower sash with timber lintel, upper sash in
frame of mullion window. Door to right. Heavy south
cornerstones. South end lean-to. Rear has hipped dormer and
sash each floor. Slightly taller north range has 12-pane sash
over 16-pane sash to front, similar sashes to rear and north end
attic triple casement.
Interior: one heavy chamfered beam in south section.
