GV II


House, c1800, red brick with hipped stone slate roof and east end
stack. Two storeys and attic, L-plan with three-window formal west
front of cambered-head 16-pane sashes and central door in ashlar
raised surround with open pediment on brackets. Raised brick
plinth, two raised bands and three hipped eaves dormers. Three-
window south side. Formerly the mill-owners house of Kellaways
mill (q.v.).
