Mill, now house, late C17 and C18, rubble stone with stone slate
roof, coped gables and one ridge stack. Two storeys and attic.
Right end is probably earlier with cyma-moulded recessed mullion
windows, 2-light to first floor right and to north end attic and
first floor, also remains of a dripcourse to ground floor right
extending right from door with hood on brackets. Seven-window
range over-all of C20 renewed or new casement pairs, the 5-window
range to left of door of squared rubble stone and probably C18.
Four renewed hipped dormers. South end gable has outside stairs
and attic 2-light cyma-moulded flush mullion window, with added
light each side. This section, the former mill, has beam inscribed
EL 1712. Attached to north end is C19 low range linking to taller,
possibly earlier range with Bridgwater tile roof carried over full-
height opening to left and half-hipped. To right, window, window
in former door and eaves dormer gable. North stack.
