Cottage, C20 conversion of outbuilding, possibly C16 outside
kitchen, rubble stone with stone slate roof and north side-wall
stack. 1½ storeys. East front has leaded C20 windows, one to-
gable and pair to right of door. Timber lintels.
Interior: ground floor has heavy beamed ceiling with two chamfered
centre beams and one in west wall. Large north wall timber-lintel
fireplace. Cottage and dovecote (q.v) form a matching pair.
