5/38 Nos 1 and 2 Orchard Cottage
House, now two, late C18 or early C19, squared rubble stone with
concrete tile roof and end stacks. Two storeys and attic, three-
window range of 12-pane sashes, paired each side, single to centre
over 6-panel door in flush chamfered surround. Added lean-to hood
on timber brackets. One hipped dormer. Flush quoins. Added east
end section with lean-to enclosed porch and door to No 2.
