II
Farmhouse, c1850, red brick with ashlar dressings, low-pitched
slate pyramid roof and ashlar centre stack. Two storeys, formal
rectangular plan with three-window front and two-window sides.
Small-paned casements in stone mullion windows with hoodmoulds, 2-
light except for single light to first floor centre over ashlar
enclosed porch with parapet, dripcourse and door with hoodmould.
Small window each side with hoodmould. Raised ashlar angle piers,
plinth and eaves band. Eaves have boarded soffit. Attached range
of low farm buildings. An unusually intact example of a mid C19
farmhouse.
