Farmhouse, mid C18, chequered brick with stone slate roof and
gable end stacks. Two storeys and attic, formal 3-window front of
flush stone mullion windows, 3-light each side, 2-light to centre
over door in moulded flush doorcase with hood on brackets. Ground
floor windows have dripstones and all windows have brick voussoirs
with wedge keystones. Mullions were originally cyma-moulded but
enlarged casements inserted. Flush quoins and dentilled eaves
cornice of black header bricks. Attic end wall windows. Brick
north east rear wing with half-hipped gable.
