Shown on OS as Witcomb Farm. Farmhouse, C18, possibly on earlier core, red brick with stone slate roofs and brick stacks. Two storeys and attic, T-plan with very long cross wing across west end of main range. Main range has east stack, two hipped dormers, first floor 9-pane sash and 16-pane sash and ground floor door and 4:12:4-pane tripartite sash with gauged brick head. Door is half-glazed and set in enclosed brick porch with stone slate roof, in angle to cross wing. Cross wing has east side 16-pane sash each floor, south end rendered on brick plinth with ground floor canted bay of three 12-pane sashes and first floor 4:12:4-pane tripartite sash. Gable finial. Ridge stack and west side stack. Long west side has three hipped dormers, six first floor casement pairs and ground floor casement pairs, some altered. North end stack.
