3/111 The Glen


GV II


House, early C19, ashlar with slate roof, hipped to west, coped
east gable with end wall stack. Two storeys, floor band carried
around west end, double fronted to south with two 12-pane sashes to
each floor and central 4 panel door with hood on brackets. Twelve
-pane sash to each floor on west wall. Prominently sited at
junction of Devizes Road and High Street, listed for group value.
