(Formely listed as Honey Brook Farmhouse)

GV II

Farmhouse, late C17 or early C18, rubble stone with stone tiled
roof. Ashlar west end stack and end wall to rear wing. 2 storey,
'L'-plan. South front with large gable and 2 window range of 3-
light ovolo-moulded mullion windows with hoodmoulds. Central door
with hood on brackets. Rear has door with hood on brackets and a 2
storey rear range added behind north end gable, running east to
west, 2 window range with slate roofed lean-to against north wall.
Added to west end wall of main house is stone tiled barn range with
5-chamber ashlar beebole on south wall, 4 chambers in square lower
part, fifth set in pedimental upper section with coping over.
Identical to beebole at The Little House, Cuttle Lane (q.v.).
