Three cottages, now house, late C18 and early C19 on earlier core.
Rubble stone with stone tiled roof and end wall stacks to right
side range, one rendered, one ashlar. 2 storeys. Two sections,
left side former pair of cottages with removed ridge stack, right
side larger early C19 double fronted cottage including older work
at left end. Right side has two 12-pane sashes in flush stone
surrounds to each floor and central door. Left side has two first
floor timber leaded casements and ground floor with fine early C19
shopfront to left end, probably reused; bow fronted 28-pane on
ashlar base with timber dentil cornice and reeded soffit. To
right, former door, now window, 6-pane window and right end door
with single stone tile for hood. At left end a single storey
outbuilding with leaded casement pair. Formerly known as Bethel
Place.
