Cottage, mid to later c18, rubble stone with stone tiled mansard
roof and ashlar end wall stacks. One room plan, 2 storey and
attic. Flush quoins. Leaded light dormer. First floor 2-light
flush stone-mullion window, cyma moulding and small pane sashes.
Ground floor similar window with dripstone over. Door to left.
