Farmhouse, later C17 and C18, rubble stone with imitation stone-
tile roofs. 2 storeys and attic, L-plan with C17 original range
and earlier C18 cross wing. Flush quoins, west end stack to cross
wing and truncated external rear wall stack to original range.
House heavily restored c1980 with C20 imitation stone openings to
entire entrance front. Original range has to west front, C20
hipped dormer, first floor two 2-light mullion windows, one flush
cyma-moulded the other replaced with C20 imitation stone window and
ground floor, one 3-light flush cyma-moulded window, with blocked
centre light and C20 door and 2-light window. C18 wing at right
angles has platband and sash windows in moulded surrounds, a pair
to left and single to right on each floor, right side single window
C20 replacing moulded doorcase with hood on brackets and single
light. North rear wall has one original 2-light window and, at
right end, one sash in moulded surround to each floor, South end of
original house has single storey extension with hipped roof,
chimney and rounded corner to rear.
