GV II

House, earlier C19, ashlar with low pitched slate hipped roof and
2 rear wall stacks. 3-storeys, 3-window range with first floor
sillcourse and band. 12-pane first and second floor sashes, 16-
pane ground floor sashes and central projecting ashlar porch with
band and sillcourse carried around, sillcourse as parapet.
Attached Roman Doric pedimented doorcase and 6-panel door. Margin-
light glazing bar sashes to each side. East end wall, one window
range with 16-pane ground floor window and 12-pane windows above.
Rubble stone rear range, probably C18 with east end stack and C19
slate roofed lean-to with glazed porch.
