House, early C19, ashlar fronted rubble stone with double hipped
roofs and 2 stacks in central valley. 2 storeys, 3-window range.
Formal south front with raised plinth, band and moulded eaves.
Windows in moulded shouldered architraves, 16-pane sashes above,
tripartite 4-12-4-pane sashes below and central arched doorcase
with heavy moulded imposts and scrolled corniced keystone. 6-panel
double doors and radiating bar fanlight. 2 blank openings to first
floor west-end. Rear 4-window range with projecting hipped stair
tower. Windows in moulded architraves. Attached at east end is 2
storey stable range with three 2-light plain mullion windows and 2
casements above and ground floor garage door, 2 doors with
hoodmoulds and row of 6 stable doors.
