House, C17 origins, rubble stone with stone tiled roofs. 2
parallel houses, joined by C20 link. Earlier south range has
rebuilt ridge and east end stacks. 2 storeys. Early C19 unmoulded
flush mullion windows. From left, square single light, door and 3-
light window with 2-light above, all part of C17 core, additional
3-light window with 2-light window above a later extension. East
end gabled stone-tiled addition. Rear wall has one first floor
timber window with diagonally-set bars.
Interior of original section has heavy joisted ceiling with
chamfered and stopped spine beams and joists. Timber lintel large
fireplace. Parallel rear range has south front part obscured by C20
link. 2 storeys with ovolo-mullion windows exposed at left side, 3-
light below, 2-light above. Within link, a chamfered stone
doorcase with 2-light cyma-moulded window to right. Rear wall has
2-window range of flush 2-light mullion windows.
