House. Late C15, remodelled C17 or C18. Colourwashed limestone
rubble, stone slate roof. single storey and attic, 3 window bays.
Set gable to road but overlooking churchyard and forming group with
Jenner's School, master's house, town cross and Church of St.
Sampson (q.v.). Three small paned windows with wood chamfered
lintels to churchyard, and 2-light flush gabled dormers over.
Three "S" tie rods. Roof hipped to south and single ridge stack.
Said to date from c1490.
