House. Late C17 altered early C19. Rendered limestone rubble
grooved as ashlar. Welsh slate roof to front. Two storeys and
attic. Four bays. Ground floor has doorway right of centre with
late C20 door. C19 shop front to left with recessed central
entrance. Margin glazed sashes to first floor. Stack set back.
To rear, two gabled limestone rubble extensions with concrete slate
tiles, one quarter hipped with attic window. Panel with the arms
of the Carpenter's Company carved on it with initials R.H.,
possibly Robert Harper, fl. 2nd half of C17.
