Two cottages in row. Rendered limestone rubble with corrugated
asbestos roof to No 1, slate roof to No 2. Single storey and
attics. Cottage No 1 is of 1 bay with boarded door to right and
paned casement windows. The bay on left is a workshop with loft
over. Cottage No 2, originally two 1-bay cottages, has boarded
doors and 2 and 3-light casement windows. Gabled half-dormers to
upper floor. Stone stacks heightened in brick between bays. The
row is probably a C19 conversion of the rear outbuildings to 61
High Street (q.v.).
