Farmhouse, now house. Early C17. Limestone rubble. Stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, cellar and attics, 5 window bays. Central
entrance lobby with stair to rear, and flanking reception rooms,
parlour to left. Central gabled porch with moulded round-headed
opening with keystone. Boarded door. 2-light ovolo moulded
windows with labels. 5 gabled dormers with timber casements.
Gable stacks.
Interior has fully C17 panelled parlour with stone fireplace,
possibly later and overmantel carved with arms of Hyde family and
date 1626. Similar overmantel on first floor with different arms.
Early doors, window seats C17 principal rafter roof. Scratch date
on porch of 1754.
