Outbuilding to north of, and attached to, College Farmhouse

House, now outbuilding. C16-C17. Limestone rubble with stone
slate roof. 1 storey and attic, 3 bays. C20 doors and timber
windows. Large stone stack to centre bay. C20 stair to attic
room with dormer to south. Fireplace internally has heavy timber
fire lintel and brick oven replacing earlier oven.
