5/73 Widley's Farmhouse
II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with early C19 alterations. Coursed rubble
with stone dressings, some brick strainer arches (former voussoirs)
and stone slate roof with three C20 stone stacks. Two-storey and
attic, 3-bay south front. Outer windows to both floors are 2-light
C19 sashes; 16-pane sashes to central windows. Flush brick
strainer arches to lower windows, stone to upper. One hipped
dormer to right; roof gabled to left and hipped to right.
Tripartite and 2-light sash fenestration to east front and gabled
stone slate porch with brick piers. Part glazed early C19 six-
panel door.
