yard, 5-7m north-north-west of
Lychgate, Church of the Holy Cross

Three chest tombs. Early-mid C18. Limestone. Lettered from north
to south.
a) Unidentified. Early C18 with floral angle pilasters, rustic
floral sprays framing square panels to sides and oval panels
with floral borders to ends. Slab with deep chamfer.
b) Unidentified. Mid C18 with floral angle pilasters, 3 raised
and fielded panels to north side, central oval panel to south.
Moulded plinth and cyma recta moulded slab.
c) Unidentified. Early C18 with floral borders to 2 oval panels
on each side. Deep chamfer to base and to slab which is badly
weathered at time of resurvey (June 1986).
