12.12.51 Court Farmhouse)
GV II

Former farmhouse, now 2 separate dwellings. Circa 1680 with C20
alterations and additions. Coursed rubble with flush rusticated
dressed stone quoins, stone dressings and stone slate roofs:
hipped to C17 ranges, gabled to C20 wing; stone stacks. U-shaped
plan with C17 blocks to south and east and C20 wing to north. C17
south front of 2 storeys, 5 windows. Windows are 2, 3 and 4-light
ovolo-moulded mullions with hoodmoulds and small pane casements.
Cambered-headed strainer arches over ground floor windows to outer
bays. C20 doorway off-set to right with plank door and hoodmould;
coat of arms above. C20 wing in similar style with pointed-headed
doorway to north porch: plank door. Interior not inspected.
