Cowbyres to the east of Ivy House Farmhouse

Cowbyres, hayloft and pigsties. Late C18. Coursed rubble wth
wooden lintels and stone slate roofs. L-shaped plan with byres to
left, loft in the angle and pigsties to right. Five-bay cowbyre
range with square piers, stairs up to hayloft which has plank
doors. The range combines with other structures to the rear of the
farmhouse (q.v.) to create a complete yard of farm buildings.
