Dated PK . Single storey to road. Brick with rubble front to back and brick
quoins and dressings and eaves band. Random coursed half hipped slate roof.
Two casement windows with segmental heads. Central segment headed door with
later gabled porch approached by steps. Modern lean-to to left. Rear obscured
by modern galvanised containers.
Picturesque situation on Millpond. Included for group value.
