1870s, possibly by Butterfield. Rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Slate
roof. Four gables to front, side ones break forward, the right hand one with
bellcote. Pointed recess with lancets forming plate tracery window with oculus
to each gable. Catslide porch, set back to right and an extra set back block
with stepped chimney to right behind porch.
