C18. Ashlar and coursed and dressed rubble, eaves raised. Stone tile roof.
Two storeys, 5 windows, French casements on ground floor, 2 light chamfered
mullion windows on first floor. Doorway with moulded stone architrave and cornice,
glazed door. Five bay cast iron verandah in front with tiled floor.
