Chiseldon Manor House
SU 1879 29/179


Early C19. Two storeys and attic. Red brick on stone footing. Moulded stone
cornice. Parapet. Three dormers. Modern tile roof. Gable end brick chimneys,
left hand one with moulded band. Three windows, outer tripartite, glazing
bar sashes. Central doorpiece with pilasters. Six panel door, upper 2 glazed.
U-plan extensions to rear and closing wall retaining one gate pier with ball
finial. Kitchen garden wall to south of similar date, brick with stone capping;
rubble retaining wall to Turnball.
