Irregular corner site of various dates. Two storeys. High Street front
principally late C18 altered mid C19. Pebbledash with asbestos slate roof.
One bay to left with parapet. One bay to right, set back under continued
roof slope. Two bays in centre, cross glazed sashes. Two set back C18 brick
chimneys. Rear partly rubble.
Ripped return to Lechlade Street, the right hand bay part of the late C18.
building, painted rubble. Two bay early C19 extension to left with 3 surviving
glazing bar sashes and stone tile roof. Stone lintels, brick quoins and quoined
brick dressings. Gable end to north has date stone set in "HB.WB." over
"1616". Rubble garden wall included for group value. Important corner position
to one side of churchyard.
