One building, probably mid C18 altered; much older site. Two and a half storeys,
5 bays. Rubble with flush ashlar quoins and quoined dressings. Coved cornice
with moulded cornice to eaves. Stone tile roof with 2 gabled dormers and
2 ridge chimneys, one to right hand gable with weathered base and brick block
cornice. Glazing bar sash windows in flush moulded frames. On ground floor,
2 Edwardian large 4 window square bays, a wide segmental archway (traces of
painted sign ".... Smith, Dealer, Foreign Spirits,") arch has key and chamfered
corners. Door to right of this. Window beyond this has loose ashlar block
near it dated "E.W.1763".
