Early C18 on older site. Altered probably in mid C19. Two and a half storeys
red brick front to rubble building with brick quoins and original brick quoins
to windows (see ground floor to right of centre). Brick band over ground
floor. Coved and moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof with gable end chimneys
and central gabled dormer. Now 3 windows on each floor, cross mullion type.
Originally 5 (black headers to bricked in panels). Obscured date tablet on
first floor to right of centre. Door off-centre left. Large external chimney
stack in single storey extension to rear. Brick buttress added to left.
Interior altered - flagged passage to hall. Traces of moulding to ceiling
cornice in front room to right.
