Early C19 country villa. Ashlar. Cornice and parapet. Slate roof. Two
storeys. West elevation 5 windows, glazing bar sashes. Central 2 storey
3 window bow with wrought iron balcony on first floor. Central glazed door
on ground floor approached by steps. Outer ground floor windows tripartite
with reeded pilasters and segmental recesses over. Band course at floor level
and pilasters to sides. Four window south elevation. Six window east elevation
with set back outer windows and arcade of arched recesses on ground floor.
Three and two storey staff wing to north built of gault brick.
High stone wall to garden, gault brick on south side with brick gate piers.
Interior: top-lit staircase, cast iron balusters, oval turret light. Gothick
style plaster cornice in ground floor bow-window room.
