5/3 Nos. 25 and 26
Terrace of 2 cottages. 1841-53. For GWR, Ashlar limestone in black mortar.
Slate roofs with ashlar stacks. 2-storey, 1 bay with side passage
each cottage, 2 rooms deep with rear outbuilding. Low plinth.
Chamfered window and door surrounds. C20 18-pane doors, 4-pane
sashes to both floors. Extensively renovated c1972. Similar to 1-
3 Bathampton Street (q.v.) but for ashlar stacks.
