Listing Text

5/46 Park House

House, built 1876-77. Yellow brick with stone dressings. Slate roof. 3-
storey and basement, 3 bays extended by further bay to right.
Gable stacks. Entrance in single storey forebuilding, with iron
balustrade on corbels over. Pair 3-panel fielded doors with
fanlight in 2-centred head. Flanking 2-storey and basement bay
windows, the left one canted. Pointed segmental headed opening on
to balcony over porch. 2 and 3-light windows to 2nd floor, all
with stone mullion and 2-pane sashes. Extensive renovations in
progress August, 1984.
