6/81 No. 5 (Glue Pot Inn)
Commercial premises, now public house, 1841-9 for GWR. Coursed limestone
rubble with ashlar quoins. Slate roof. 3 storey corner block with
1 bay to Emlyn Square and 2-bay return to Reading Street, splay on
corner. Entrance through arched-headed doors on splayed corner. 4
bays of arcaded columnar glazing under continuous moulding to
ground floor. 16-pane casement windows to first floor, 8-pane on
splay all with label mouldings. Keyed oval oculus in each gable.
Similar to No. 1 Emlyn Square (q.v.).
