House, now flats. c.1850-60, for GWR. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins.
Slate roof. 3 storey corner block, 3 bays to Bathampton Street,
splayed corner and 1 bay to Emlyn Square. Entrance in 2-storey
extension. Chamfered stone quoined window surrounds, 20-pane
casements to ground floor, 16-pane above and 8-pane on splay, all
having label moulds. Keyed oeils de boeuf in each gable.
