This house closes the vista of Rollestone Street.
Mid to later C18. 2 storeys and attic, rendered brick, raised on plinth.
Moulded boxed eaves cornice with spaced pairs of brackets. Steep pitch old
tile roof, ½ hipped to left. 2 dormers glazing altered with moulded frames.
The 1st floor has recessed sash window to left and to right a canted bay of
3 sash lights. The eaves cornice carried round, and flush panelled apron.
On ground floor central entrance and 2 windows. All windows recessed sashes
glazing bars removed. Door altered circa 1840. 4 panels, panelled reveals
and heavy reeded architrave surround, flat moulded cornice hood over.

The Royal George Public House and Nos 23 to 45 (odd) form a group.
