workshop adjoining on east side,
Nos 73 & 75)
SU 1429 NE 4/152 28.2.52.

Including former No 73. Cl6 with later alterations. No 71A is on comer
site with Trinity Street qv. 2 storeys, timber framed, brick ground floor
and plaster infilling on 1st floor, now rendered. Oversailing 1st floor,
boxed beam ends. Tile hung lst floor in gable end to Brown Street. Steep
pitch gable end old tile roof, raised at east end. Small gabled dormer.
In gable end to Brown Street one C19 lst floor sash window, ground floor has
former plate glass Cl9 shop window with fascia board and partly glazed door.
Front to Trinity Street: 1st floor has loft door (partly converted to window)
to left and 3 Cl9 casements. Yard entrance to left and irregular late c19
casements and windows and glazed door on ground floor.
No 75 continues front along Brown Street and is probably an Cl8 addition,
or refacing. 2 storeys formerly colourwashed brick, now rendered. Gable
end old tile roof, shallow eaves cornice. 2 renewed casements 1st floor.
The ground floor formerly had 2 early C19 shop windows and 2 doors, now has
renewed 3 light casements and central door with side lights.

No 71A forms a group with Nos 14 to 46 (even) Trinity Street.

Nos 71A and 75 to 81 (odd) form a group.
