Circa 1820-30. Large 3 storey house, cement rendered front. Plinth, giant
flanking panelled pilasters rising from lst floor band and similar pilasters
flanking centre bay. Block cornice, panelled parapet and coping. Symmetrical
elevation. 5 windows to upper.floors, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact.
4 tall sashes on ground floor in architrave surrounds. Central recessed glazed
door, rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing. Panelled rendered pilasters
flanking but pediment removed.

Nos 45 & 47 form a group.
