SU 1429 SE 6/363 28.2.52.
C16 altered C18 and early C19. 2 storeys colourwashed brick front with oversailing
1st floor. Gable end old tile roof, moulded eaves band. 3 windows on 1st
floor, flush architrave framed sashes 4 panes wide. Ground floor has yard
entry to left and C19 sash windows. Early Cl9 glazed door in moulded surround.
Early C19 3 light window giving onto passage, glazing bars Intact. Early C19
brick wing to rear, 2 flush framed sashes lst floor, 3 light casement on
ground floor, all glazing bars intact. The interior retains timber partition
walls. 3 bay Queen strut roof, tie beams, purlins and curved windbraces.

Nos 99 to 112 (consec) form a group.
