Circa 1760-70set back from pavement. 2 storeys painted brick with early C19
projecting extension to left. Double gable end slate roof, moulded brick cornice,
parapet. 3 windows 1st floor, flush framed sashes, glazing bars intact.
Mod shop front ground floor. Early C19 extension has hipped slate roof, also
painted brick. 3 light thin mullioned windows in pilaster frames with frieze
and cornice over each, 2 to street and 1 facing east.
Interior has good wainscotted staircase, open string, turned balusters, moulded
handrail. Over stairs fine plaster ceiling, sunburst roundel etc, narrow cove
with alternate acanthus and palmette. South east room has good rococo ceiling.
