Early Cl9 villa. 2 storeys white brick. Low pitch hipped slate roof wide
flat eaves. 2 storey canted bay window to left hand and long front of 6 sash
windows on 1st floor, 2 to right with glazing altered, and 5 French windows
on ground floor with marginal glazing. Door of 4 flush panels in 5th bay
from right.
French windows and door all under verandah on scrolled paired uprights with
scalloped eaves to leaded tent roof.
