Former Dame School.
Probably mid C18 on an older site. Part 2 storeys, part one storey. Plinth.
Part stucco, part colour-washed brick. Thatched roof, chimney to left.
Left hand part: 2 small upper 2-light casement windows, one 4-pane sash
on ground floor and larder window to right (a cross glazed sash). Behind,
a 2 storey extension with hipped slate roof, forming 'L' plan.
Right hand part; single storey part, has thatch swept down, 2 doors in segmental
headed brick porches, the left hand 6-panelled, the right hand half glazed
with marginal glazing; 4-pane sash to right; panel between doors. Rear
has eyebrow dormer. Interior rearranged.
