Late C18. 2 storeys, painted brick with brick modillion cornice and slate
roof. 2 glazing bar sash windows on 1st floor. C20 Georgian-style bow
window shop front on ground floor, with panelled doors.
Return to South Street has similar elevation of 1 bay with a 1+3 bay extension
framed by pilaster strips; modillion cornice carried through, glazing bar
sashes 1st floor, plate glass sashes ground floor with voussoir heads.
Round-headed doorway in slight thickening.
