Mid-late C18. 2 storeys, painted brick with projecting plinth and overlapped
eaves courses. 2 windows on 1st floor, glazing bar sashes. 2 doors in
centre of ground floor, ½ glazed, left hand door with segmental head. Bay
window with small modillion cornice to fascia to right, with, above, traces
of a moulded brick band. Left hand shop window is part of No 16. Tiled
roof with gable end chimney to right coupled with that of No 12. Rear:
2½ storey ½ hipped gabled extension with timber exposed in gable.
