II

Detached house. Early C19. Colour-washed brick, concrete slate
hipped roof. L-plan at right angles to road. 2-storey and
basement, 4-window. 6-fielded panelled door in 2nd bay from left,
12-pane and 9-pane sashes to right and one 12-pane sash to left.
Basement has two sashes and one casement. First floor has two 9-
pane and one 12-pane sash. Dentilled eaves. Right return has
canted bay with three sashes to first floor, with panelled apron
and ogee base, pilasters to sides of facade. Single storey
extension at basement level has 6-fielded panelled door and C20
windows. Rear has two C20 windows on three floors. Tablet with
1826 recorded by R.C.H.M.
