4/82 Frampton Cottage

II

Detached cottage. JH/1715 on stone tablet over door. Flemish bond
brick, dressed limestone to south wall, double roman tiled roof,
brick stack to right gable. Single storey and attic, 2 windows.
Central planked door, 3-light chamfered stone mullioned window to
right, single stone chamfered casement to left. One raking dormer
with 3-light casement to roof. To left is lean-to extension. To
rear are two 2-light wooden casements.
Interior has chamfered ceiling beam with splayed stops and open
fireplace with chamfered lintel with runouts. First floor has
timber-framed partition.
