ST 6654 4/2C 19.5.50

Early C18. Coursed and dressed red sandstone rubble with limestone features,
and dressings. Slate roof, 3 chimneys (only one original) with moulded capping
but completely altered. M-shaped roof with gable lit attic. Two and a half
storeys, 5 windows - outer windows in pairs with plain architrave surround
and centre mullion. Venetian window in centre of 1st floor with keystone -
all sashes with thick glazing bars. Central door (modern) in architrave surround
with moulded flat hood on cut stone brackets. Ashlar quoins, plain band at
1st floor level, coved eaves cornice. Later single storey wing to right.
Interior quite altered and modernised.
