Semi-detached cottage. Late C17, enlarged to south in late C18 and
C19 for services. Flemish bond brick, tiled roof with brick gable
end stack. L-plan. 2-storey, 2-window front. 6-panelled door to
left of centre, either side is one 16-pane sash with segmental-
arched head. 3-brick plat band at first floor level has bullnose
bricks to lower course. First floor has two 2-light casements.
Left return has same plat band and two blocked circular windows to
first floor. Wing to rear is limestone and flint and has door with
segmental-arched head and two casements to first floor.
Interior has chamfered ceiling beams with ogee stops.
